Weโll start your homeโs transformative experience right at your doorstep with our in-home design consultation. During the visit, weโll discuss your goals, preferences and vision for the project in greater detail. Additionally, weโll explore preliminary budgetary considerations and project timelines, emphasizing a transparent mutual understanding of the remodelingโs scope and duration. During our visit, our primary goal is to get an intimate understanding of your homeโs existing layout, unique architectural nuances, and any potential design challenges.

PHASE TWO | PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Existing + Concept Drafting
After our initial onsite meeting, we will start drafting the existing plans of your space and create a maximum of two preliminary floor plans for review. Focusing on functionality and a working plan for your lifestyle. Within 2-3 weeks, our design team will provide you with an initial draft of your remodeling project, crafted from the detailed information and measurements weโve gathered.
To help you better visualize the transformation, we present a 3D visualization, offering a lifelike representation of your renovated space. During our discussion on these preliminary designs, your feedback is paramount. We carefully record any desired adjustments or modifications, using them as foundational inputs to finalize the design plans to one working plan.
PHASE THREE | DEVELOPMENT DESIGN
Review + Material Selections
Following your approval of the newly modified preliminary layout, the exciting design phase begins. We will begin consulting with you to explore material selections and finishesโfrom tiles and countertops to cabinetry finishes.
Together, weโll sift through all the material and fixture options essential for bringing your remodeled space to life. At every step, our guiding principle will be to ensure that each selection harmonizes with your budget and design aspirations.

Finalize + Enjoy
Once you choose all the necessary materials, we’ll lay out the comprehensive design plans for your review. Weโll ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your expectations. These plans will encompass the final technical specifications, including the plumbing and electrical layouts, setting the stage for the upcoming construction phase.
For thoroughness and ease of reference, weโll consolidate all designs, material specifics, supplier details, and other relevant data into a comprehensive project dossier. With everything set, we begin the transformation of your space!
