MEET YOUR DESIGNERS
Hello! My name is Brooke Arenz and Iโm the lead designer for Yellow Door Homes.
Iโm here to help guide and allow you, the client, to be part of an important process โ home design. From bathrooms to kitchens, and everything in between, my goal is that your new space directly reflects the lifestyle and creativity that is uniquely yours.
I bring a culmination of experiences to enhance and support your project: an artistic background, formal interior design education in both the US and abroad, required certifications and hands-on knowledge through my previous projects. On a personal note, my roots extend from Michigan to Wisconsin, and I currently reside in Madison with my husband, young daughters and our dog.
I began my formal education for design earning an associate degree in Interior Design from Western Technical College in Lacrosse, WI., and continued to grow my education at the University of Wisconsin โ Stout to earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Emphasis in Interior Design. Additionally, I studied abroad in Florence, Italy, expanding my knowledge of architecture and design.
With over ten years in the design industry, I have diverse experience, including high-end furniture sales, cabinets/appliances sales, and on-site orchestration with contractors and trades to create high-end kitchen and bath designs. I also hold the Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD) certification through the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA).
When Iโm not designing and curating personalized floor plans for clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors through activities like hiking, rock climbing, road trips, canoeing, camping and skiing. I also love attending live music venues, crafting, dancing with my daughter, as well as playing in my local pinball club and spending time with friends and family. If I can combine adventure with any of these activities, Iโm in!

Hi โ My name is Cassandra Weis and I am a designer at Yellow Door Homes!
My primary role is to guide your project smoothly from layout design to selections, all the way through to the finished construction. I work on a variety of spaces, including bathrooms and kitchens, and my goal is to help bring your dreams to life!
I have a diverse background, having worked in various fields, from minimal civil engineer work to being the head brewer at a local brewery. I found my passion for interior design and graduated with an associateโs degree from Madison College in 2021. Since then, I have spent the last four years honing my skills in interior design, focusing on room and cabinet layouts, space functionality, and the final touches, such as material selections, colors, and the small details that make a big difference in a space.
When Iโm not working with clients to create their dream spaces, you can find me exploring breweries, hiking, kayaking, traveling to new cities, and working on various forms of art. When taking some time to relax from the variety of activities, I am settled at home in the Madison area with my husband, dog, and two cats.
My main focus while designing is to create functional spaces that reflect the homeownersโ personalities, making each project unique to their individual tastes. I look forward to collaborating with you to help make your dream space a reality!
